Another 4 week morning guided meditation sessions are coming back, Focusing on breathwork, grounding, gentle visualisation, emotional balance.

(4 weeks starting 2nd March to 23rd March 9.30am - 10.30am £45 includes x4 crystals) Maximum of 6 people

Each week we’ll focus on a different crystal, using its energy to support relaxation, balance, and emotional clarity. No experience needed just come as you are.

If you prefer something more personal, I also offer 1-2-1 guided meditation sessions tailored to your needs and times that suit you, so just get in touch to book.
