Dear Patients,

We wish you and your loved ones a joyful and blessed Easter! 🕊️ Please note that Veramedica Medical Center will be closed from Friday, April 18th, to Monday, April 21st, 2025, in observance of the Easter holidays.

For any urgent medical needs during this period, Gesy patients can access emergency GP services at the Evangelismos Hospital on 26848113, from 11am to 5pm. We’ll be back to serve you with care on Tuesday, April 22nd.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Dear Patients,

We would like to inform you that the Electricity Authority of Cyprus has scheduled a power outage in our area on Tuesday, February 25th. As a result, our health centre will be without electricity for the duration of the outage. This means we will not have access to electronic medical records or heating on that day. Our services will be significantly limited.

We kindly ask for your understanding and patience during this time. If you have routine queries, such as requests for referrals or prescriptions, we encourage you to contact the health centre by Monday, February 24th, so we can try and address them in advance to the outage.

Thank you for your cooperation as we navigate this temporary inconvenience.

We are happy to announce new services that will be available at our medical centre.

Dionysios Drapela will be providing clinical psychology services. He is registered with GESY and also will provide services privately. To access his services under GESY, patients will need to have a referral to clinical psychology from their personal doctor. Appointments are booked directly with Dionysios by telephoning 97457759.

Dr Cornelia Dunckel is a medically trained doctor providing traditional Chinese medicine. Her services are private only and appointments can be booked by calling the medical centre on 26271700. Further information about the services that Dr Cornelia Dunckel offers can be found on her website:

Micheal sadly lost his battle to pancreatic cancer last year.

We still have flu vaccines available for those who would like the vaccination. Please pop in to the surgery for your vaccination.

We have now received the 1st delivery of this seasons Influenza vaccination. They are available for Gesy registered patients who are over 60 years of age, or patients with long standing respiratory and cardiac problems, diabetes and other chronic diseases.

Call or come into the surgery to arrange your vaccination.
