"OH, i only use SPF 50! " Know,that SPF refers ONLY to UVB rays which that means if you are a construction worker is GREAT, but if you are working indoors infrastructure of a screen you only get Blue Light which gets your skin aged too but over time increasing redness and sensitivity and probably your dark spots.

Also know, that SPF50 covers you up to a 98% of UVB protection rather than SPF15 which gives you a 93% of UVB protection.

Conclusion?
Usually the higher the SPF the more the chemicals inside a suncreen.

Choises?:
Choose a mineral -all natural actives suncreen and re-apply every 2 hours.

No wip cream -no drama.
