✅It’s completely normal, and often a good sign.
Shaking usually happens when your muscles are:
👉 working deeply and precisely
👉adapting to new or challenging load
👉activating stabilizing muscles you don’t use every day

In Pilates, we move slowly and with control.
That means smaller, deeper muscles are doing more of the work.
