Για να απολαύσεις το μάθημά σου στο έπακρο και να αποφύγεις δυσφορία ή τραυματισμούς, υπάρχουν μερικά πράγματα που καλό είναι να ΜΗΝ κάνεις πριν το Pilates Reformer:
🚫 Βαριά γεύματα – θα σε κάνουν να νιώσεις φούσκωμα και δυσκολία στην αναπνοή.
🚫 Υπερβολική καφεΐνη – μπορεί να φέρει νευρικότητα και μειωμένη συγκέντρωση.
🚫 Έντονη προπόνηση λίγο πριν – το σώμα χρειάζεται ενέργεια και σταθερότητα για το reformer.
