You can have a special program created for your fitness level , abilities and flexibilities.I can use a circuits training where the hart beets will be normal to moderate, or moderate to high intensity, TRX program could work all your body in different way , or Pilates, Yoga and PotrDeBras; if it is needed, to combine some of them for a better result .... with cardio exercise .All will make you stronger , better shape, heather and good moods definitely :)

Well you have to have some idea about personal training services ...

I get clients all the time expecting me to hand them results on a plate.

If you want major changes to how you look or perform, you need to schedule months of hard work...

You need motivation and or a training partner.
For some clients just knowing I will be there is enough, but you have to be committed to obtain what your vision looks like.
I will ask about your diet and lifestyle in general. The way you eat, what you do outside of the gym, how you sleep etc…

When it comes to weight loss, losing about a pound a week is actually really good progress. But a healthier way of looking at things is to step of the scales and go by how you feel looking in the mirror....
Most of the work I do for you happens outside of training sessions.
You have no idea how much time I spend at home preparing for your sessions.
Understand that the majority of your results will come from what you do outside of your gym sessions.

Motivation! What you need this?

Some clients need a drill-sergeant, some don’t. A great trainer will interact with every client differently because everyone responds to different kinds of motivation.
The more I get to know you, the more I can motivate you!
You don’t have to be 100% injury-free, who is these days?
If you've only ever worked out by yourself or in group fitness classes, you might think that being injured or having an on-again-off-again back or knee thing means you have to stop exercise until you're healed.
WRONG!
As a skilled trainer I can write workouts that not only allow you to exercise without aggravating your injury, but also help you recover quicker and set good foundations.
And as much as I love training you, I also get super excited when you’re able to take the reins yourself
As your trainer my goal is to get you to where you want to be.
