Dream on oil
This aromatherapy elixir blends essential oils and botanical extracts in organic olive and almond oil to melt away stress, calm the mind, and ease into a blissful, restorative sleep.
Its sweet, dreamy scent of vanilla, chamomile, sandalwood, lavender and a touch of magic doesn’t just help you drift off, it may even invite a few enchanting dreams along the way!

How to Use:
Apply just a few drops — it’s highly concentrated.
Rub gently around your neck and chest, on pulse points, feet and on the solar plexus energy center (belly)
Breathe deeply and relax as you prepare for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Theres a few accupressure points that can help to relax the mind and induce sleep in the next slides.
1.HT7 look for a small hollow on the little finger side of the wrist, just next to the tendon.
2.LV3 on the top of the foot, in the hollow between the big toe and second toe, where their bones meet.
3.Yin on the tip of the bridge of the nose, between the eyes

Im sharing a few more tips to support sleepy time on the blog in case you are finding it extra challenging to put your mind and your body to rest.

Wildfire season herbal support
It is a rather sad reality the moment that i admit that summer in Cyprus=wildfire season, however im not here to analyse my feelings or the state of the world, but to remind you of how our plant allies can support us once more.
If you have inhaled smoke during the wildfires or live in proximity to the devastated areas, then you will require some support, especially for your respiratory and nervous system.
Mint, rosemary, thyme, fig leaf and marjoram are overall great as expectorants, ie to help move residue from the throat and nasal passages, calming coughs and soothing the lungs.
Demulcent plants that moisten the mucus membranes such as linden (tilia) flowers, marshmallow root, liquirice root, plantain, mullein can be very helpful in cases of dry and irritated throat, nose and skin.
Rose, chamomile and melissa are lovely to add to any blend as they are cooling your body while soothing your nervous system and comforting your broken heart. Same applies for rose and lavender hydrosol.
Prepare any or a combination of the above herbs in a large jug and add ice to it to enjoy it cool throughout the day. If you want to add a sweetener use honey for the antinflammatory and moistening benefits it has.
You can use a few of these remedies with your animals too, by adding a bit of tea or dried herb to their waterbowl or mixing it in their food.
I encourage you to carry some extra water in the car over the summer and offer it to a plant or an animal in need, as a way of nurturing our resilient and reciprocal communities that include more than just the human kind.

All purpose healing balm 💛
A silky balm with olive oil, potent botanical extracts and pure beeswax that can be used as a natural remedy for skin irritations, minor burns and cuts, rashes, insect bites, dry hands, cracked lips and itchy skin. It is one of our best sellers and a favorite amongst people with eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis.
This lovely balm is unscented because it is completely essential oil free, however there is a distinctive herbal scent to it due to the high botanical extract concentration. We are using 12 organic herbs from our island, such as st johns wort, yarrow, thyme, rose and more that we steep in organic olive oil from our trees. We use slow extraction method to get all the herbal goodness into the olive oil which does not involve heat or sunlight (that damage the delicate botanicals) but employs lots and lots of time instead.
We then blend it with organic beeswax from Mediterranean bees, which give the balm its rich emollient properties and also forms a protective barrier on the surface of the skin against irritants while still allowing the skin to breathe.
It comes in two sizes, 30ml and 60ml.
Use just a tiny amount because as with all of our products, a little bit goes a long way 🐝

I have known .evlogimenou for a while and i like her work and ethos so i asked her to collaborate for my new website.
Artemis mentioned that she heard her dad saying that our grandmothers used to be friends back in the day, and my mom confirmed it. Coming home last night after spending all day together at her studio, Artemis sent me this photo of our grandmothers, Elsie and Polyxeni, having lunch with a group of friends 70 years ago. Pictured is also my grandfather Vasos, greatgrandmother Ioulia, aunties Chrysanthi and Lelia (the only one still earthside).
Grandmother Elsie has been my biggest inspiration and probably is, the woman of my life.
To have the opportunity to listen to stories about her and connect to people who knew and loved her so many years after her passing, is just the most precious thing.
Community is what keeps our loved ones alive, and for all the pain this island has given me, the present of living in a place where my ancestors lived, where im able to unexpectedly meet my grandmother, still alive in the memories of the people i have just met, is comparable to none.
What a blessing, what a gift 🤍

Wild greens are one of the best (and most accessible) allies in fortifying your body by improving your digestion over the next few months.
You might say that your digestion is fine, you dont have issues with bloating or bowel movements, but digestion extends beyond the boundaries of the digestive tract. For example the largest percentage of our immunity cells reside in the GI tract. Thus our digestive system is linked and affects our immune system, not to mention the reproductive and the nervous system in so many ways (think hormonal imbalance, fatigue, sleep health etc)
Herbalists always look at digestion as the first point of treatment when meeting a new patient. "When you dont know where to start, start with digestion"
Ok so now that i have your attention..
Bitter greens are packed with antioxidans, vitamins and minerals and the bitter taste has a special affinity with digestion, especially liver function.
Bitterness varies in these greens, but they are all beneficial and you should try and get in as many as possible. We can find bitter leafy greens both in the wild as well as from vegetable farms. From moderately bitter rocket and mustard greens to very bitter dandelion greens and artichoke leaves. Ideally, add a small bowl of bitter greens as a starter to your meal, or just add them to your salad, soup, pesto etc
I know many people are not comfortable with identifying wild edible greens, and while you always have the alternative of biying cultivated ones, i suggest you find an elder to help you. Most of them know at least 1 or 2 kinds and are usually very happy to share this knowledge.

Remember to treat wild plants with respect; take only what you need, do not uproot any and only consume wild plants when you are confident about their id.

Rejuvenate facial serum

A combination of the most decadent natural oils, potent essential oils and local botanical extracts that deeply nourish facial skin.
Packed with unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants, this skin loving potion locks moisture in, improves elasticity, and combats free radicals and various causes of cell damage to help with the appearance of dark spots, scars and fine lines.
Made with all organic ingredients such as jojoba oil, rosehip oil, carrot seed oil, castor oil as well as herbal extracts from calendula and rose petals, and of course the queen of essential oils, Helichrysum, which is renowned for its skin regenerating properties.

Apply it to the face, neck and decollete before going to bed as an overnight treatment to rejuvenate your skin.
Tip: massage on to damp skin after washing your face to increse absorption time. If your skin feels very dry, then apply it to dry skin to allow the oils to stay on the surface of the skin for longer

No need to use any other product when you apply it, as our serum moisturises, tightens, soothes and nourishes your skin at the same time.

This is a certified and approved product that has been one of our best sellers over the past 10 years, so you know it works 🤍
