I am Dora Nemes, a Hungarian Yoga Teacher\ Therapist ( E- RYT500) , Sound Healer and doTERRA Wellness Advocate. I believe that true depth is found in Simplicity. My teachings are rooted in mindful, accessible practices that honor the essence of yoga — offering a space where less becomes more and where you can reconnect with yourself in a natural and gentle way. ✨ On Tuesday, we shared an amazing Sound Journey in Lea Women's Wellness and Arts Center🌞
Together, we traveled through space and time… through the subtle layers of our being—body, mind, heart, and soul.

Held in sacred vibration, we journeyed inward and beyond, remembering our connection to the infinite.

Namaste Dear Visitor,

I`m Dora Nemes from Hungary, moved to Cyprus in the summer of 2015. That was the best decision of my life :) I love Cyprus; feeling home, manifesting and leaving my dreams here in Paphos :)

I am a qualified ( Yoga Alliance RYT200) Yoga Teacher, AromaTherapist & doTERRA Aroma Touch Therapist. I have been blessed by becoming a yoga teacher under the guidance of an indian master, Dr. Indu Arora, who is an internationally renowned yogini and ayurvedic yoga therapist (Yogsadhna - yoga as therapy - www.yogsadhna.com ). I am and always will be her humble student.

In my yoga studio, in 7 Buddhas Yoga & Massage Center, I created a very cosy and warm atmosphere teaching traditional indian hatha yoga and yin yoga, holding Small Group classes ( max 6 people) and Private Classes. The beauty of learning like this is that the practice can be developed at exactly the pace which is appropriate for you so you’ll end up getting much more out of the sessions and making progress at a much faster pace.
