🔶️ A hip opening pose is a yoga posture that stretches the muscles around the hip joint and pelvis. These muscles are often tight from sitting at desk all day, which can lead to lower back pain and other issues such as misaligned spine and poor mobility.

🍀🧘‍♀️By stretching and strengthening these muscles you will be able to move freely and comfortably through whatever physical activities you like to do as well as have more mobility and range of motion in your daily life.

☘️🧘‍♀️Hip opening yoga postures improve circulation, flexibility, range of movement in legs and back. They are also beneficial for improving posture, strengthening balance, reducing stress and proving mental health and overall wellness.

Hip openers activate Svadhistana , the 2nd or sacral Chakra, which is situated in the area of pelvis, around the spine. below the navel. It is responsible for the organs of urinary and reproductive system, such as bladder, womb amd ovaries. This Chakra (or energy center) is responsible for creativity, self-expression. It's element is water💧. Water represent emotions and when we open our sacral Chakra, we open ourselves to feel our emotions.

💶 60-minutes class will cost Euro 8 and the first (trial) class will be free of charge.
