Are you truly hungry… or just used to eating at this time?
We often snack out of habit — boredom, stress, or routine — not physical hunger.

Next time you feel the urge to eat, ask yourself:
🔹 Did I eat recently?
🔹 Would I eat a boiled egg or a product right now — or do I just want crisps?
🔹 Is this physical hunger… or just a moment?

✨ Tip: Pause for 10 minutes.
Drink water, distract yourself with a task, go for a walk.
If the feeling passes — it was habit, not hunger.

Before you reach for a snack, pause — are you actually hungry, or just thirsty?

Dehydration often feels like hunger, fatigue, or cravings. Try this:
✔️ Drink a big glass of water
✔️ Wait 10–15 minutes
✔️ See if the craving passes

Staying hydrated helps:
🔹 Curb cravings
🔹 Improve energy
🔹 Support weight loss
🔹 Keep your body in fat-burning mode

Aim for at least 2–2.5 litres a day — keep your bottle close and sip all day long! 💙

Try this:
✅ Brush your teeth early — it signals “eating is done for today.”

Instead, hit pause and distract yourself with something simple:

✨ Visualise your end goal — how you’ll look, feel, and move when you get there

Remember, you don’t need to give in.

⭐️Don’t Underestimate Sleep

Sleep isn’t just rest — it’s recovery and regulation. When you don’t get enough, your body produces more ghrelin (the hunger hormone) and less leptin (the fullness hormone), which means more cravings and less self-control the next day.

Lack of sleep also slows your metabolism and affects how your body burns fat. Even if you’re following the 1:1 Plan perfectly, poor sleep can hold back your results.

✅ Aim for 7–8 hours each night
✅ Wind down without screens
✅ Stick to a consistent bedtime routine
