Με αφορμή τον πρώτο διεθνή NPC Worldwide PRO QUALIFIER αγώνα της IFBB PRO LEAGUE που θα διεξαχθεί στην Κύπρο στο Pavilion Hall Λευκωσίας στις 11 & 12 Απριλίου 2020 θα θέλαμε να κάνουμε ένα μικρό αφιέρωμα στους 7 κορυφαίους Έλληνες (Κυπρίους) IFBB PRO bodybuilders.
On the occasion of the first international NPC Worldwide PRO QUALIFIER of IFBB Pro League to be held in Cyprus at the Pavilion Hall in Nicosia on April 11 & 12, 2020 we would like to give a brief tribute to the 7 Top Greek (Cypriot) IFBB PRO bodybuilders.

When it comes to bodybuilding perfection honesty is the only policy.
Bodybuilding is a sport devoted to the men and women who endeavor to chisel themselves into the very image of physical perfection. To the average person it may be seem like a narcissistic kind of sport, something that is more self obsession than athletic endeavor. The truth of the matter is that being a bodybuilder also means being the most honest person in the room. If you look like crap you’re going to have to get real with yourself and own up to your limitations. The sport is as much about self reflection as it is about pumping iron.
To make it in the world of bodybuilding you have to have that kind of self deprecation, the ability to not only spot your flaws, but fix them as well. It’s that sort of thought process that brought men like Ronnie Coleman, Shawn Ray, and Kevin Levrone a ton of championship level wins. They were all very talented bodybuilders in their heyday and were all equally impressive. Despite Ronnie Coleman being victorious nearly every time he hit the Olympia stage, he still had to face some stiff competition. When you consider that Ray, Levrone, Flex Wheeler, Chris Cormier, and Nasser El Sonbaty were the very competition that Coleman was able to overcome – then you realize just how great a talent the 8 time Mr. Olympia truly was. There’s no doubt that there have been great final posedowns at countless Olympia shows, but 1999 may have been the year that saw the most closely contested field in the event’s history. Take a look.

Andrew fell in love with bodybuilding from a very young age mostly inspired by his shredded grandfather who had the passion for the Iron sport back in the 60s.
He started his bodybuilding career at the age of 16, as a bantamweight, weighing only 58kg. After multiple contests, victories and lessons he learned throught the last 10 years, weighing now a solid 87kg, he is on top of his game, mentally and physically, aspiring of competing at big European shows and becoming an IFBB Pro league pro bodybuilder.
A huge fan of the 90s bodybuilding era, in which his favourite bodybuilders Dorian Yates and Lee Priest were competing, he loves to train with that heavy and intense mindset.
Andrew helped many to transform and reach their fitness goals both in Cyprus and abroad (online) with his highly effective tailored-made training and diet programs for both men and women of any age and level.
He also coached many rookie and experienced athletes to bring their best packages and posing at bodybuilding competitions with success.
Vladimiros is a former Sergeant and trainer of the Hellenic special forces, paratroopers squad.
As a trainer he is highly efficient and organised. His military approach, constant encouragement and motivation will help you bring the best out of every workout, gain confidence and reach your goals easier and faster.
Always a skinny kid, he started his ambitious transformation in 2015 weighting only 73kg at that time and with hard work, dedication and consistency he is now over 100kg.
In 2016 he competed at a local show for the first time and currently is preparing for his comeback in 2020 as a classic physique competitor.
He loves the golden era classic bodybuilders and some of his favourites are Berry De May and Arnold of course.
