As my digestive system was feeling a wee bit delicate this morning, my yoga practice was based on that.
So I took out a small selection of Jenni Eden's rainbow warrior cards, and Iyengar's digestive poses, what a lovely practice I had. My wee tummy is feeling happier😁😁

Fabulous 2 day course on the Importance of Symmetry with Graham Pennington. So much information, learning, understanding and sharing with Graham and other Bowen Therapist. Just Fabulous to have this opportunity, loved every minute. ❤️
