Healthy dubai choc (ελληνικά πιο κάτω)

200gr dates
120gr pistachio butter
100gr dark chocolate melted

Lay out the dates on a tray with baking paper.
Place another baking paper on top and using a rolling pin roll out evenly
Spread the pistachio butter and the spread on to the melted chocolate
Place in fridge to set

Cut in 12 bars and enjoy

Υγιεινή σοκολάτα από το Ντουμπάι

200 γρ χουρμάδες
120 γρ βούτυρο φιστικιού
100 γρ μαύρη σοκολάτα λιωμένη

Στρώνουμε τους χουρμάδες σε ταψί με χαρτί ψησίματος.
Τοποθετήστε άλλο ένα χαρτί ψησίματος από πάνω και με έναν πλάστη ανοίξτε ομοιόμορφα
Αλείφουμε το βούτυρο φιστικιού και το άλειμμα στη λιωμένη σοκολάτα
Τοποθετούμε στο ψυγείο να σταθεροποιηθεί

Κόβουμε σε 12 μπάρες και απολαμβάνουμε

Πρωτεϊνική τυρόπιτα/High protein cheese pie

Υλικα (4 μερίδες)/ingredients (4 portions)
300gr κοτατζ/cottage cheese
4 αυγά/eggs
100gr αλεύρι ότι θες/flour of choice
4gr bp
1/2 κγ/ts αλάτι/salt

Όλα μαζί στο μπλέντερ.
Βάζετε σε ταψί και πασπαλίζετε με
100γρ τυρί τριμμενο χαμηλών λιπαρών
Βάζετε στο φουρνο στους 180 για 30'

Blend all ingredients together.
Put the mixture in a baking tray and springle with 100gr of grated low fat cheese

300gr cottage cheese
2 eggs
80gr oats
60gr honey
1ts baking powder
1ts vanillin
Berries (to springle)

Blend everything together and springle with berries of your choice
Bake for 30 to minutes in 180 degrees preheated oven

High protein banana oat bake
INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
2 eggs
70gr oat flakes
1 scoop vanilla flavour whey protein
2/3 cup milk of choice
2ts honey
1ts baking powder
30gr dark chocolate drops
Cocoa powder to taste
Frozen strawberries (optional)

Procedure
Mash bananas, add the eggs and whisk.
Add milk, whisk, and then add all dry ingredients.
Top with strawberries if you like.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes (adjust accordingly)

INGREDIENTS – 10 servings
• 3 medium thinly sliced apple, (with or without skin)
• 1% cups (210g) white or whole wheat
• 2 tsp ground cinnamon
• ½ tsp ground nutmeg
•1½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• ½ tsp salt
•1 tbsp (14g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly or olive oil
• 2 medium egg (room temperature)
•1 tbsp (15mL) vanilla extract
• 1½ cup (120g) plain 2 % fat Greek yogurt
• 100mL pure maple syrup or honey
•6 tbsp (90mL) nonfat milk

• Slice the apples thinly and place at the bottom of a round detachable baking tray
• Mix all the dry ingredients separately and in another ball mix the eggs with the butter/oil, honey and yoghurt
• Add dry ingredients to the the egg mixture alternating with milk. (add dry first and finish with milk in three portions)
• Pour over the apples. Bake in preheated oven at 1800 C for 35-45minutes

Πικάντικο κοτόπουλο
Υλικά:
1 -1.5 κg κοτόπουλο στήθοσ ή μπούτι χωρίς κοκκαλα και λίπος
2-3 κ.σ. ελαιόλαδο
3-4 πρέζες αλάτι, φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι,
2 κ.σ. γιαούρτι,
το χυμό από 1/2 μεγάλο λεμόνι.
1 κ.σ. θυμάρι ή ρίγανη,
1,5 κ.σ. σκόνη σκόρδου,
1 κ.σ καπνιστή πάπρικα,
1/2 κ.γ πιπέρι καγιέν,
1/2 κ.γ. κουρκούμα,
1/2 κ.γ. κύμινο,
1/4 κ.γ. κάρδαμο,
1/2 κ.γ. κανέλα,
1/8 κ.γ. μοσχοκάρυδο.
1 κοκκινο κρεμμύδι σε φέτες
(Μη διστάσετε να προσαρμόσετε τα μπαχαρικα στις προτιμήσεις σας)

Διαδικασία:
σε ενα ταψί φούρνου βάζουμε το κοτόπουλο και όλα τα υλικα και ανακατεύουμε. Το αφήνουμε 2-6 ώρες στο ψυγειο να μαριναριστεί (οταν δεν εχω χρονο το ψηνω αμέσως )
Ψήνουμε για 30 λεπτά σε προθερμασμένο φουρνο στους 200 βαθμούς και απολαμβανουμε σε σαλάτες, wraps, sandwich ή οπως εμεις θέλουμε.

🍓High protein , no added sugar strawberry cheesecake

For 3 portions
500g cottage cheese
Zest from 1 lemon
Juice from lemon (to taste)
3 no added sugar digestive biscuits
Strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Procedure
Blend cottage cheese to become fluffy, add lemon zest and some lemon juice and blend again.
In a small pan simmer the strawberries with some lemon juice
Grind the biscuits and layer in 3 glasses
On top add the cottage cheese and then the strawberries. For extra sweetness add some stevia powder and enjoy 😉
