Due to business expansion, the Panchris Group is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Manager for immediate employment.
With over 40 years of experience, Panchris Group is a family-owned company based in Larnaca and a leading name in pet nutrition & animal health in Cyprus.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
•Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job specification through to onboarding.
•Coordinate performance management, training and employee development.
•Maintain HR policies, employment contracts and personnel records.
•Oversee payroll coordination, employee benefits and HR compliance.
•Manage queries and relations matters.
•Support management with workforce planning and HR reporting.
📌 Requirements:
•University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, including at a managerial level.
•Solid knowledge of Cyprus labour law and HR best practice.
•Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
•Excellent command of Greek and English.
•Discretion, integrity and a professional approach
