It's , although it hasn't been the sunniest of weeks! How best to care for eczema in the sun?

😎Mineral-based suncreams (usually containing titanium dioxide) tend to be more acceptable to eczema skin
😎Choose unfragranced suncream
😎Apply emollient about half an hour before applying suncream
😎Test a new suncream on a small area of skin (e.g. the inside of your arm) for 5 days before applying it liberally
😎Using Protopic/Elidel? It's best to leave at least an hour between applying Protopic/Elidel and applying suncream, to make sure treatment has been fully absorbed
