👶 Τι να φοράει ένα νεογέννητο ανά εποχή

Κάθε μανούλα έχει αναρωτηθεί… “μήπως το ντύνω πολύ; μήπως κρυώνει;” 🫶

🌸 Άνοιξη → ελαφριά βαμβακερά + ζακετούλα
☀️ Καλοκαίρι → λεπτά κορμάκια & δροσερά ρούχα
🍂 Φθινόπωρο → layering (κορμάκι + φορμάκι + ζακέτα)
❄️ Χειμώνας → ζεστά υφάσματα + σκουφάκι + καλτσάκια

💡 Tip: Συνήθως ένα layer παραπάνω από εμάς είναι αρκετό 🤍

Nitrous oxide (also known as “ & air”) is used during labor to manage pain.

✨ What it does:
✔ takes the edge off contractions
✔ helps you relax and stay in control
✔ works quickly ✨and leaves your system just as fast

✨ The part?
You’re in control.
You use it only when you need it ✨during .

It doesn’t take the pain away completely,
but it makes it more manageable.

And sometimes… that’s exactly what you need in that .
