My Story: From Panic Attacks to Healing Through Hypnotherapy

For 20 years, panic attacks were part of my life.
Before every trip, that inner voice would whisper: “You’re not safe.”
Heat rising in my body, dizziness, nausea, trembling—losing control felt terrifying.

I tried therapy and medication, but nothing reached the root.

Then I discovered hypnotherapy—and for the first time, something truly shifted. As I applied the techniques on myself, the panic attacks faded, and hidden childhood trauma began to heal.

Panic attacks are not something that "happens to you" - they are the result of your own thinking.

Cristopher came to me for his first session in a state of deep panic.
You could see it in him — exhausted, frightened, lost in his own body.

La început părea grijă. "Vrea să știe unde sunt pentru că îi pasă.

Acum raportezi fiecare mișcare. Ceri voie să ieși cu prietenii. Te simți vinovat pentru lucruri normale.
Asta nu e iubire. E control. Și diferența e uriașă.

Do you bite your nails?

Ever caught yourself with your fingers at your mouth, without realizing when you started?

It's not lack of willpower. It's something much deeper.

Why do you do it?
Nail biting = the silent language of anxiety. When your mind can't manage tension, your body takes control.

The paradox: Perfectionists are the most prone. When things slip out of control, biting BECOMES the control.

The vicious cycle
Stress → Nail biting → Shame → More stress

Your brain seeks instant dopamine. You become dependent on this emotional "reset."

⚜️Healing does not mean forgetting what happened.
It means the memory no longer controls your present.

I worked with a woman who, at 41 years old, would emotionally shut down every time she was criticized.
A comment at work.
A remark from her husband.
Something that seemed small.

crying,
obsessive thoughts,
