Nothing is as draining to mental and physical health as carrying around old grudges and hostilities. Lift, let them go.

You still think the argument is worth winning?

Drop it. Forgive. Wave goodbye to resentment and anger, and move on.
You will find yourself happier to have shaken off that horrible stretch of negativity.

Here are a few things you can do today to start letting go:

1. Write it down - Journal about what you’re ready to release. Sometimes just putting it on paper helps you let it go.
2. Declutter - Clean out a space that’s been weighing you down. It could be your room, your mind, or even your phone.
3. Forgive - Whether it’s yourself or someone else, forgiveness is the key to freedom.
4. Take a deep breath - Let go of the stress in the moment. Focus on the present and breathe in calm.
5. Practice gratitude - Shift your focus to what you’re grateful for right now.
