To Yoga At Home στήθηκε με πολλή αγάπη και αφοσίωση προκειμένου να υπηρετήσει με ταπεινότητα και σεβασμό την πανάρχαια επιστήμη της Γιόγκα. Με πρωινά, απογευματινά και βραδινά μαθήματα από έμπειρους εκπαιδευτές, επιχειρούμε να προσφέρουμε το δικό μας λιθαράκι στη διάδοση αυτής της τέχνης. Μέσα από τις σωματικές, αναπνευστικές και διαλογιστικές τεχνικές, σε μια πολύβουη καθημερινότητα, δημιουργούμε χώρο και χρόνο στο άτομο για την προσωπική του βελτίωση και ανάπτυξη.

Yoga At Home was set up with a lot of love and dedication to serve with humility and respect the ancient science of Yoga. With morning, afternoon and evening courses from experienced trainers, we try to offer our best in spreading this technique. Through physical, respiratory and meditation techniques, in a busy everyday life, we create space and time for the person to improve and develop.
