Deep Tissue in Movement & Joint Mobility course — completed! 💪🏼

Over 70 new techniques learned and 19 hours of hands-on practice that flew by in the blink of an eye. When you learn from passionate, dedicated, and like-minded masters like , time just isn’t enough. It’s my second training with Felipe and I can’t wait for more to come!

I’m excited to bring these new movement-based techniques and joint mobility work into my sessions to help you move better, feel better, and recover faster.

Kilka wizyt i systematyczne ćwiczenia 👏🏼 Lecimy dalej! 👍🏼Zostało jeszcze kilka punktów na naszej check liście ⬇️
☑️ udana walka z bólem i uzyskaniem pełnego wyprostu po unieruchomieniu nogi
☑️ ćwiczenia czucia głębokiego
☑️ uzyskanie maksymalnego zgięcia
☑️ odbudowa m. czworogłowego, siły mięśniowej i stabilizacji, praca nad dysbalansem mięśniowym
☑️ powrót do aktywności fizycznej, która towarzyszyła pacjentce w życiu codziennym przed zabiegiem 💪🏼

Staw kolanowy po artroskopii, usunięciu fragmentu ACL, pęknięciu chrząstki, do tego chondromalacja rzepki IIIst i jej podwichnięcie.

Intensywny weekend z Aubrey'em z Holistic College Dublin dobiegł końca 🎓. 3 dni, dużo nowych pomysłów na terapię, nowe techniki 🤓 to wszystko aby jeszcze lepiej Wam pomagać! 👐🏻💪🏻 Do zobaczenia na kozetce ⬇️

13 dni, 3 wizyty, pracowita pacjentka i zaufanie. Tyle trzeba do osiągnięcia takiej różnicy w zakresie ruchu podczas rehabilitacji w domu, prawie bez żadnego sprzętu 👍🏼👏🏻
Przygotowanie do artroskopowej rekonstrukcji więzadła krzyżowego tylnego po całkowitym zerwaniu. Między pierwszym a trzecim zdjęciem upłynęło 13dni, a zdjęcia przedstawiają maksymalny, czynny, bezbolesny zakres zgięcia w stawie. Do wykonania rekonstrukcji pacjentka musi osiągnąć pełne zgięcie.
Ukłony dla Pani Karoliny i walczymy dalej nad zakresem i wzmocnieniem 💪🏻
