🔶World Mental Health Day today🔶

One question: Do you love yourself?

Possible answer: "Of course I do! I have lots of followers/friends, I go to the gym, I have unique outfits, I own a splendid car, I have a strict work program and I go to the spa every month"

Let me rephrase:

🔸Do you really love yourself enough to set healthy boundaries and say No when it's needed?
🔸Do you love yourself unconditionally to accept all the flaws and dark aspects of you?
🔸Do you love yourself enough to remove you from toxic situations in order to save your sanity and honor you?
🔸Do you love yourself so truly that you embrace the totality of You?
🔸Do you love yourself unquestionably that you prioritise what You want and not what other people want?
🔸Do you love yourself so that you enjoy life with its ups and downs?
🔸Do you love You undoubtedly to be Present and live the present moment?
🔸Do you love yourself enough to be courageous and ready to lose people and familiarity while welcoming your True Self?
🔸 Do you love You that you intend to face the unknown and get out of your comfort zone in order to follow You?
🔸Do you love yourself enough to recognise your traumas and Heal?

If your answer is "No", then let me remind you that I am here to change this into "Not yet..."

The Empowering Women in Business and Beyond Conference was held in Cyprus this July and was there of course, listening and discussing with the amazing and inspiring , as part of the connections made on that day, which promoted exactly that: women empowering, challenging and expanding each other in all fields- mentally, emotionally, spiritually and emotionally.

What a wonderful and insightful experience, not only for me, but for every other attendant who participated as a guest or as a speaker and myself witnessing all their faces glowing from excitement!

Let's fasten our seat belts, this is just the beginning.

Have you ever thought that overdoing or overworking is a trauma response?
