Job Summary:
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service & Stock Coordinator to handle customer interactions and back-end stock processes. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Greet and assist customers at the pickup point
Process and prepare orders for collection
Provide product info and resolve inquiries
Coordinate with online support for updates
Ensure a smooth customer experience
Stock Management:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock
Update and maintain inventory records
Keep shelves and storage areas organized
Monitor stock levels and notify when low
Pack orders for retail and wholesale
Conduct regular stock checks
General Operations:
Keep the shop and storage clean and tidy
Restock and maintain product displays
Support daily operations with the team
Assist with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
Experience in customer service or stock preferred
Familiar with inventory systems (Shopify a plus)
Detail-oriented and organized
Friendly, proactive, team player
Physically capable of handling stock
Good communication skills
