too sensitive to treat with other traditional lasers, such as the skin around the eyes, neck and even chest. In more detail on how it works, the Pixel laser light passes through patented optics to penetrate the skin with tiny channels, only as deep as a few sheets of paper. They micro injury sites begin healing, collagen begins to produce, scars begin to fade, texture starts to improve, and in a short time you will see a reduction in your fine lines and wrinkles. Some people will see results even after one treatment, but the best results are usually after 4-5 treatments, each spaced 2 weeks in between.

SHR or Super Hair removal is a new method in Laser Hair Removal. What’s great about it, is how it can work on even sun tanned skin, through the summer months. The way it works is that the light from the laser is absorbed by the hair follicle that will heat it up, and destroy the hair follicle and also the hair producing cells that surround it. It produces a warm tingling sensation, where some of our clients compare it to a warm massage. The procedure is referred to as the “In-Motion” technique because the hand piece is moved over the treated area 6-10 times, enduring full coverage, and contributes to the overall comfort felt by our customers during their hair reduction treatments. Each treatment should be done every four weeks, because this will ensure that we are able to target the hair at the right time during the natural re-growth cycle. Towards the end of the process, the hair reduction treatments can be extended to 6-8 weeks as the regrowth cycle slows down.

Advanced Fluorescence Technology or AFT is a laser treatment that utilizes a short wavelength light to treat various skin problems like rosacea, age spots and other discolored signs of photo ageing. AFT can be used all over the body, but the most common areas are the face, chest and hands. The AFT hand piece has a built in cooling system to ensure the safety and comfort of the treatment. Some patients compare it to feeling like a snapping rubber band, but still tolerable. You will start to see changes in the skin even after 1 treatment, but depending on the problem and condition of the skin a series of 3-4 sessions could be necessary 2 weeks apart.
