Hammock Wellness Centre started as a Traditional Massage Studio in 2017, has grown to a Wellness Centre in February 2019, and explosively expanded even further in July 2021 as a result of the efforts to rise above the struggles of the times. Hammock comprises of vast amount of Traditional Holistic Health Practices by a team of Professionals. At Hammock you will find a Holistic Health Massage & Bodywork Clinic, all kinds of Yoga & Pilates Classes, Qigong, Breathwork, Meditation, Spinal Attunement, Human Design, Spiritual Circles, Creative Workshops, Certification Programs and so much more.. The Massage Clinic is run by the Owner and Founder of Hammock Centre, Elina Elia. All our Massage Therapy & Bodywork services are customized to meet your needs, and reach optimal results. At the Massage Clinic, you can also enjoy Thai Massage Therapies by Tina Samara. At Hammock, we also offer a wide range of International Certification Massage Therapy Courses in-house and with Internationally accredited organizations. Elina is a Teacher of Thai Massage, affiliated with one of Thailand's awarded and most renowned Thai Massage Schools (TMC) and offers Massage Certification Courses annually. Massage Courses range from Basic Thai Massage, Intensive and Professional Training, suitable for Professional Therapists or Beginners. We work as a Team, and our only marketing tool is ensuring we always prioritize what is best for you as a whole being. Our new Wellness Temple is big in size but also in soul, hence our Instructors, healers, and therapists are all in line with what Hammock aspires. Rooted in traditional Mexican healing, Rebozo work uses rhythmic movement, gentle traction, and the support of a woven shawl to create a feeling of being held, rocked, and restored. It’s known for supporting the nervous system, releasing tension, improving mobility, and inviting a deep sense of safety in the body.

While often associated with pregnancy and postpartum care, this workshop goes far beyond that.
You will learn how to integrate Rebozo into:

• Bodywork sessions
• Yoga practices

Over two immersive days, you’ll explore:
