Natalie's Energy Flow Studio and Contrology Studio are organising a Sunset Sailing & Aerial Arts Day Experience on Saturday, 12th of July. ⛵️

Join us for a unique day at sea (6 hours sunset trip) combining sailing, swimming, and light aerial fun on deck – featuring a hammock and aerial hoop on board!

Whether you’re an aerial enthusiast or just curious to try something new, this trip is open to everyone – no experience necessary.

We’ll set sail, take refreshing swims, enjoy relaxed movement, and play under the open sky.

Last year, some guests came purely for the sailing and sea vibes – and that’s more than welcome, too!
