We’re introducing a way of training, recovering, and living🤍

This experience begins with a purposeful workout, designed to activate the whole body, build strength, and create awareness. Once the work is done, we shift into something just as important: integration.

You’ll be guided through a sauna session with intentional rest intervals, allowing the body to release tension, reset the nervous system, and truly absorb the benefits of the movement you’ve just completed. This is where the work settles. This is where change happens.

This is not your typical Pilates class.
At Contrology Studio, we’ve developed a unique wellness experience that merges intelligent movement with science-backed recovery—and the result is the CoreHeat Method™.

We’re proud to be the first studio in Cyprus offering this fully integrated approach to movement and recovery.

In this workshop, you’ll experience a 45-minute core-based Pilates session, followed by a structured sauna recovery protocol (up to 30 minutes, including breathwork and rest intervals). This method is designed to amplify results, reduce stress, and support deep nervous system reset.
