Full-Mouth Rehabilitation ✨This patient presented to the clinic with multiple missing teeth, multiple mobile teeth with bone loss, decay present on most of the teeth, previously root canal treated teeth with recurrent PARLs, hypererupted teeth and severe bite collapse/loss of vertical dimension.
The patient was seeking a full mouth reconstruction with only fixed options due to her gag reflex and was looking for a rejuvenated smile to resemble her earlier life.
The treatment plan proposed, agreed and executed for this patient was extraction of the remaining teeth, immediate implant placement (5x in the maxilla and 5x in the mandible), and simultaneous bone grafting in both the arches. 4 months later the implants were restored with full arch maxillary and mandibular screwed in hybrid prostheses with zirconia overlaying a titanium substructure.
