The longest day of the year can feel like both a gift and a challenge.

More light. More energy. More to do. More to feel.

For me, this summer solstice isn’t so much about celebration or ceremony—it’s about a quiet shift in perspective. A chance to meet the light outside by reconnecting with the light inside.

No rituals required.
No sacred playlist.
Just presence.

The Earth tilts, and everything changes. Same sun, new angle.

Keith’s Cacao helps me do just that—soften, get curious, see things from a new light.

Cacao and Chakradance with Ianthi

Based on the 4000-year old system of the chakras that form the backbone of Eastern philosophies, drawing on shamanic practices and influenced by the psychology of Carl Jung, Chakradance™ uses spontaneous dance to specific chakra-resonant music, active imagination and mandala art for the purpose of re-tuning your whole energy system.

Cacao has been cultivated and harvested in Central America for thousands of years, and was held in very high esteem, both as a superfood and as an entheogen, by the Olmec, Maya, Toltect and Aztecs peoples. Indigenous myths tells us that whenever the balance between humans and nature becomes threatened, cacao comes from the rain forest to open people’s hearts and return the planet to a state of harmony. Pure ceremonial cacao is a sacred, heart-based plant medicine, and a great facilitator to truly connect us with ourselves and with each other.

Bio: Ianthi is an Accredited Chakradance Facilitator, Certified Cacao Practitioner, and a fervent believer in conscious movement and the power of rhythm. She has a background in Reiki (Usui and Karuna Reiki Master), meditation, shamanic rites, and frame drumming. She facilitates Cacao-infused Chakradance workshops and classes in both English and Greek
