The longest day of the year can feel like both a gift and a challenge.

For me, this summer solstice isn’t so much about celebration or ceremony—it’s about a quiet shift in perspective. A chance to meet the light outside by reconnecting with the light inside.

No rituals required.
No sacred playlist.
Just presence.

The Earth tilts, and everything changes. Same sun, new angle.

Keith’s Cacao helps me do just that—soften, get curious, see things from a new light.
