If you are a coffee lover with a sweet tooth, this recipe is just perfect for you!
Perk up from a lazy afternoon with a cup of Barliccino coffee and another mouth-watering Barliccino-infused dessert.
BARLICCINO PEACHY FLOAT
Ingredients:
* 1 pack (200g) Graham Crackers
* 3 sachets of BARLICCINO
* 1 can Peaches (chilled, sliced)
* 250mL All Purpose Cream, chilled
* 1/3 Cup Condensed Milk, chilled
Procedure:
1. Whip the cream using an electric mixer until the volume doubles (4-5 minutes).
2. Add and mix evenly the condensed milk and Barliccino to the whipped cream.
3. In a 6 x 6-inch container, line the bottom with a layer of Graham crackers then pour and spread the cream mixture and then top with peach slices.
4. Repeat this process until 3 to 4 layers are formed, ending with the cream and peach slices on top.
5. Chill/freeze for about 3-5 hours to set. Serve. Enjoy.
Note: This recipe can make about 8 servings.
