Join this beautiful workshop of healing - allow space to your body to relax, release tension and stress, wash away worries and allow the life force energy to flow freely in your body to promote healing, bring peace and feel joy and freedom!

At: A garden in nature, at Ayios Ioannis village of Nicosia

What it includes:
- group stretching, breathwork, bodywork and creative meditation
- half an hour personal energy healing
- half an hour personal massage
- time between the sessions to reflect, relax, meditate under the right environment of nature, music, tea and fruits
- reflection and closing circle

I just want to send a huge THANK YOU / MERCI ❤️💛🩵 to all my clients.

5 years ago i started the journey of massage therapies, as i felt it was a calling to me. I set a target for myself that all clients return/rebook after their sessions so that i wouldn t even have to advertize.

Today i am so grateful to have achieved this very result. Word of mouth and loyal clients fill up my schedule and i even get the luxury to refuse or let clients wait for a few weeks till they get their treatment (sorry for the long wait).

I made a commitment to myself to continue to learn new skills, grow, expand and in the meantime respecting my clients by offering upgraded techniques and also respecting myself in terms of work/life balance.
