A vital reminder to take care of your bones before problems begin. Osteoporosis is a silent condition that weakens bones, making them fragile and more likely to fracture — especially in the spine, hips, and wrists.

✅ Bone Health Tips:
Stay active with weight-bearing exercises like walking or light strength training
Eat calcium and vitamin D-rich foods (leafy greens, dairy, eggs, fortified products)
Avoid smoking and limit alcohol
Maintain good posture to reduce spinal stress
Get screened if you’re over 50 or have risk factors

💡 Why stand?

Standing desks support better posture, reduce spinal strain, and help you stay more alert and focused — major wins for students and anyone working too long at a desk! 🧠💪

✅ Posture Tips:
Keep your screen at eye level to avoid neck strain
Relax your shoulders and keep elbows at a 90° angle
Shift your weight gently or use a anti pressure standing mat to stay balanced

⏱️ Time Tip:
Start by standing for 15–30 minutes per hour and slowly increase as your body adjusts. Alternate between sitting and standing to stay comfortable and productive!
