Class Description:

HIIT (55’)

LOSE FAT. This is not a workout you can do while reading a magazine or chatting with a friend. You will be in pain, you will be gasping for air, but the results will be worth it! Strengthen and tone your entire body without creating a bulky physique. HIIT includes alternating periods of short, high intensity work intervals followed by short recovery/rest periods. The positive effect of HIIT on fat metabolism, muscular development and a stronger, healthier heart are much greater than those of traditional cardio workouts on the treadmill, bicycle, etc. Abs & Glutes Circuit (55’)

A class especially designed to strengthen and define your abs, legs, and glutes! Come get the best of both worlds to tone that tummy and behinds! Cardio will help you burn the calories to lose the weight and a wide variety of exercises will help you tone the belly, glutes, lower back and legs! Full Body Circuit (55’)

The Circuit Training class consists of Functional training movements that strengthen and tone the whole body, increase fat metabolism and improve aerobic capacity. Functional Training is proven to be the most effective type of exercise in order to increase every-day quality of life, as well as sport specific performance. This is because it involves movements and movement patterns that mimic many of our daily activities. Healthy Back (55’)

This class is especially designed for individuals suffering from scoliosis, kyphosis or other sort of back, neck or lower back pain. It consists of stretching and strengthening exercises that can help improve posture, mobility and back pain.
