• Your neck is pulled forward
This overloads the upper traps and creates those classic “I can’t even turn my head” days.
• Your lower back collapses

What to do about it (besides stop cosplaying as a grilled shrimp):
• Sit back in your chair and let the backrest actually do its job
• Lift the screen higher
