Namaste Yoga Home Studio Our studio was established in April 2016! Its a home studio and can host 12 mats freely! 🧘‍♂️🙏

The Yogaworks system, was born around the three related styles, the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Iyengar Yoga and Viniyoga. The teaching method developed by the combination of these three traditional systems of yoga, is the essence of YogaWorks System. From the system of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, uses "Sun Salutations» (Surya Namaskara), the heat, the flow, the bandhas and the ujjayi breath. From the syste

m of Iyengar Yoga, gets the exact alignment of the body, the use of props, different variations and adaptations of the pose (postures) and orientation of the course in a "subject". Finally from Viniyoga borrows the switching between the dynamic and static Asana practice, in conjunction with breathing and therapeutic adaptations according to the needs of each trainee. Although that the "rules" of these three yoga systems can sometimes contradict, the YogaWorks system has combined creative key features of each to create a secure and dynamic practice for everyone, regardless of age and fitness.
