Anusara teachers are dedicated to empowering students to unveil their innate goodness and abilities, through the practice of yoga. Emma Michael is an Anusara Elements qualified Teacher, meaning she has completed a 200hr teacher training and registered with the Anusara Society. She completed her training with Bridget Woods Kramer, the British representative of Anusara yoga.
