Nowadays, people get "certified" only after 200 hours of training and while they are still beginners. Since its so easy to get a certificate, everyone wants one.
But Yoga is about patience, progressive growth, daily Sadhana, endless hours of practice, study of the ancient texts and following a certain lifestyle that's not for everyone. The teaching need to be lived in order to have value.

The Siddhas describe five suns in the body:
1. Adhoga Surya- Base of spine: Uddiyana bandha + Mula kumbhaka
2. Nabhi Surya- Solar plexus: Surya Kriya + retention on inhale
3. Hṛdaya Surya -Heart center: Sama-Vrtti + mantra resonance
4. Ajna Surya- Between eyebrows: Sambhavi Mudra + fire breath
5. Dvadasanta Surya- Crown vault: Vasi breath held in silence

Vasi breath guides Prana into these solar nodes, activating:
1. Pineal gland
2. Vagus nerve
3. Cerebrospinal fluid
