She loves sacred geometry and her book: “Mandalas for the Soul" is a great self help tool to recalibrate and reboot. And alongside this she has produced a series of videos which explain further how to use the book and get the juice out of it as a weekly self-therapy. Love it that these wonderful kind, fun and creative people have the pentacle star as their flag. Sometimes maligned as a symbol of Witchery and occult by those who wish to keep us away from our inner power and our potential to shine. Morroco maybe knowingly or unknowingly has claimed this potent sign and does seem to express its symbolism through the gentleness of its people, (football ott ness aside), 😂 their abundant effervescence, delicious simple food and amazing healing herbs.

One of the fascinating things about Morroco is its use of symbols everywhere, not only in its flag, see next post, but also in its ancient Berber or Amazigh language I’ll is treated here in this photo. It feels as if these peoples are still thrumming with their ancient wisdoms and understand the power of the spells we cast through our language.

Lucy is a milliner and avid recycler! She is trained in many therapies, massage, Reiki, flower therapies, Resonance Repatterning, Phytobiophysics and lately she qualified with the prestigious American Coaching School, IPEC. She specialises as a Relationship Coach, and runs her Pow Wows or women's circles both online through her own Facebook group page, and also in person. She relies heavily on the power of creativity and art therapy to reveal and heal unconscious patterns in her client's behaviour. She recently published her first book, "Mandalas for the Soul" which is a great self help tool to recalibrate and reboot the soul!! And alongside this she has produced a series of videos which explain further how to use the book and get the juice out of it as a weekly self-therapy.
