She is trained in many therapies, flower remedies, resonance repatterning, life coaching, women’s groups and more recently Forest school leadership. She loves sacred geometry and her book: “Mandalas for the Soul" is a great self help tool to recalibrate and reboot. And alongside this she has produced a series of videos

which explain further how to use the book and get the juice out of it as a weekly self-therapy. She loves working with people individually on a one on one basis too.

Lovely morning with our Ange dowsing the Holy Water at Ladywell in Lancashire which we found thanks to down a windy bumpy lane as though you had gone back in time, saved from being covered over and blocked by the Catholic Church but subverted by the overly religious vibe nonetheless. The cards shows that it was wanting to clear that old stuffy martyry energy, wanting the return to magic and wild abundance of the Sacred Goddess energy within us all. Amen to that. We filled masses of bottles up and brought them back to drink and integrate into our bodies and lives with great thanks 🙏 and appreciation that this resource is so close by.
