Our society is structured into various sectors: social, academic, volunteering & perks and benefits. Welcome to the European University Medical School Society (EUCMSS) page! The EUCMSS is for the students at the Faculty of Medicine at the European University Cyprus and represents the student body. We aim to secure professional and social interest of the medical students. This aim will be

achieved by furthering personal academic advancement and wellbeing as well as national and international networking for medical students.

On World Hemophilia Day (17.04.2026), EUC Medical Students’ Society presents this awareness series in collaboration with hematologist Prof. Dr. Vasiliki Danilatou.

Bleeding disorders are more common than they seem. Recognizing signs like frequent bleeding, easy bruising or heavy menstrual bleeding is key to early diagnosis and effective management.

Stay informed and don’t ignore the signs.

World Glaucoma Week 🌍👁️ March 12

This initiative brings together healthcare professionals, organizations and communities to educate people about this silent eye disease and highlight the importance of early detection and treatment to prevent vision loss. Glaucoma cannot be cured, but it can be managed if detected early. Treatment focuses on lowering eye pressure and preventing further damage. 💚
