Yesterday I met with a mommy… she lost her 15 year old daughter from cancer 10 years ago. We talked about grief, tragedy, pain and the inescapable reality of certain events. We reminded each other that we are not in bo***ge to the past. That grief- if you let it brings transformation, change and purpose.
Gentleness, kindness, and love are more than places to visit. These are the places we take with us wherever we go.

Truth be told! I am on vacation and yet my mind is on hormones! At least it is not on something useless 😂

Monday night I had the previledge to talk to Dr Feluce Gersh- she is a respected voice in integrative women’s health.
We talked about the difference between estradiol, estrone, and estriol and why this matters!
Also talked about hormone replacement therapy and got to present my protocol on screening, diet intervention, exercise and hormone therapy when needed.
We also explored ways to support healthy estrogen balance without HRT. Planning to send ALL the details to our menopause community.
Until then:
1. Eat 1-2 cups of criciferos vegetables daily ( broccoli, cauliflower, crussf sprouts , rocket) as they are rich in sulforaphane and DIM that support estrogen detox
2. Take 10 min walks after meals to reduce insulin spikes
3. Ditch plastic food containers and bottled water. We need to minimize the exposure to xenoestrogens that disrupt hormone balance.

On Theo’s birthday we participated on a VISION BOARD workshop!
I have always believed that if you can’t see it, your brain can’t believe it. And there is a way to fix that!

This isn’t arts and crafts- it’s a visual command center for your brain and your energy.

Highlights:
1. It reflects your UNIQUE goals: health, wealth, relationships, travel and growth.
2. It triggers your subconscious to align with your conscious desires.
3. When done RIGHT it becomes an anchor that reminds your brain daily: ‘this is the life we are creating’.

Having lost Nicholas, my vision board you would think has changed or maybe doesn’t exist- yet it’s there— most of it at least with some neuance!

Bottom line dont just live a life, make sure you live your life.
