Last work day of 2025. I never take for granted the trust people put in me for their treatment. I am forever grateful for you choosing me. I hope this year brings softness and kindness to this overstimulating world we live in and for all of us to create space for health and prioritising our wellbeing. As an optimist and an esoteric, mildly anxious person I long for love to prevail and I hope as a collective we live our lives with that as a guiding star. Respect ourselves and the world we live in, nature, animals and humans in all their variants, we are all unique but devastatingly the same in so many ways. So, 2026 please be all of the above as we surrender to your continuous flow. ✨️

Last day of work for 2024... I hate to sound like a broken record, but I am truly thankful for all the love & support you have given me for yet another year. I feel blessed that I have managed to create a safe space for me & anyone who comes through our doors, sometimes to restore an aching body or to ease a troubled mind or to release a heavy heart. Many times, all coexist & need attention. Thank you for allowing me to aid you through your healing journey or assist your efforts to maintain health & balance in your life.
Let's collectively wish for a peaceful & kinder new year as the world around us needs more respect, acceptance, love & light, so much light to cast away all the dark lingering shadows.
