With the help of my students, my family, and my friends. We have offered the best we could, to families, to animals, to refugees, to children in Tanzania, to abuse women, and for that I'm so grateful 🙏

Thank you Lord for all your love and support all these years.
🙏 Thank you for letting me know that I can be your hand and your voice when it's needed, when I'm aligned with you.

🪷I'm proud of who I AM, what took for me, in order to grow, and evolve in so many ways, and nobody can steal or change that.
There's nothing wrong if being proud of who you are. It's a wonderful thing 🌿

🤸We don't stop playing because we grow old!!!
💯 We grow old because we stop playing!!!

🚴Fitness is a continuous journey, not a destination.
🏃Age is merely a number that shouldn't limit one's ability to be active and healthy.
🏋️We all should be viewing aging as a new opportunity for strength, setting new goals and supporting our minds with strong bodies.
⛹️Remember a body in motion, always stays in motion.

I started my fitness journey when I was 28.
Now I'm 45 and I'm training for full marathons. Who would have thought 🤔 I wouldn't 🧐
I do Pilates, I lift weights, I run, I do plyometrics ,I stretch, I dance and the list goes on.
Every year I set new goals to Turn The Invisible Into The Visible 💪

YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO SET ANOTHER GOAL OR TO DREAM A NEW DREAM !!!

We are officially back 🙌
I missed my students so much, new and old.
Their smiles mean the world to me!!!
Their well being is my first and only priority!
🙏 I consider it to be a great blessing being able to teach and heal in the best way possible their bodies and souls.
🪷 My name is Melina, and I'm the owner of this beautiful place called Lotus studio, were so many amazing people have been with me for so many years.
Each and everyone that has been a part of Lotus studio holds a very special place inside my heart, and for that I'm so grateful. I have met students that became friends and family.
🙏 All of you have helped me grow in so many ways all these years.Watching my reflection in every single one of you.
🪷 I have hosted countless of workshops with exceptional teachers, healers and artists of all kinds.
We had charities of all kinds throughout the years with the help of my students.
Hearts full of Love and Compassion.
Now due to family responsibilities I teach only in the mornings, and for that reason I started a beautiful collaboration with Stavri Ioannou
She will be filling the studio with her grounding, calm presence.
She will be teaching in the afternoons, sharing her knowledge and love to her kids and to all of you that decide to join her.

🙌 So here's to a fruitful year,
Here's to sharing amazing moments and creating memories that will stay in our hearts forever 💞

Lotus studio is officially closed for the summer.
We will be opening our petals on the 9th of September.

🖤 It was a black July for my country. My island was burned.... People died, animals died, houses got burnt.... Our hearts are aching 💔 mother earth is in pain.....But once again from our ashes we shall Rise Stronger and Wiser than before.

🙏 Our love for one another and our strong unity was our greatest achievement for putting off the deadly fires. This is who we truly are !!!!!
Thank you all for your support. God bless you all that helped and keep on helping those in need. People and animals.

💔 Our hearts ache for all those that are suffering now, through wars, and fires ....
May we all become better and unite so we can help all those in need.

Have a beautiful summer, and may the sea wash away all our pain 🙌🌊🌊🌊
