Mysore is freedom —
to explore, to learn, to practice
at your own pace, in your own time.
Perfect for beginners, who are gently introduced to the practice, starting slowly and gradually adding postures.
Supportive for continuing students, guided with verbal cues and consent-based adjustments.

The studio opens and each practitioner arrives within a designated time frame, practicing with individual guidance within a group setting.
Led by breath rather than instruction, the experience invites focus inward, cultivating autonomy, presence, and self-awareness.

Dear friends,

On Saturday, 20th of December, we gather at Πνοή Yoga Studio for an evening devoted to LOVE. Through Pranayama and gentle movement, we prepare the body as a vessel—soft, open, ready. Then, guided by the Heart Chakra Meditation of Osho, we step into a space where breath becomes light, movement becomes prayer, and the heart remembers its ancient wisdom.

In this sacred circle, peace settles like soft evening mist, and the quiet glow of Christmas rises from within, as if awakening from a long and beautiful dream.

🕔 Time: 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Born from an old Sufi lineage, the Heart Chakra Meditation is a ritual journey through the four directions—north, south, east, and west—each one a gate to an elemental force. Earth anchors us, Water softens us, Fire ignites us, and Air lifts us. As we move, these elements intertwine, forming a luminous circle around and within us, restoring the ancient sense of unity between body, soul, and the unseen world.

🌞 Workshop: Find Your Foundation – An Introduction to the Ashtanga Primary Series

About the Workshop

Ashtanga Yoga is a breath-led practice — where the breath guides the movement, and the movement emerges from the body’s strength and alignment.

In this two-hour workshop, we’ll explore how to combine breath, body, and movement to build a solid foundation for your Ashtanga practice.
We’ll move through Sun Salutations A & B and elements of the standing sequence, which together form the foundation — and a complete practice in themselves.

This session is suitable for all levels. Modifications will be offered to support each student’s individual progress.

Follow-up Mysore self-practice classes will be available for those interested in continuing to develop their personal practice.
(Usually held 7:00–9:00 am and a led class in the evening)

About Rebecca

Rebecca Zambetakis has been a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher since 2004.
Originally trained in Hatha Yoga (two 200-hour programs covering practice, philosophy, physiology/alignment, and meditation), she later deepened her studies with a 300-hour Ashtanga Yoga training in 2012.

Her Ashtanga journey began under senior teacher Michel Besnard, and she continues to learn through intensives and online studies with David Garrigues.
Rebecca combines the Ashtanga Primary and Second Series with thoughtful modifications to help students progress safely and effectively.
