Did you do your practice today?
It’s not about perfection.
For me, it’s peace of mind — a place where my soul can rest. 😌✨🙏
Salutations blended with my own movements.
Whatever makes me happy, makes you happy. ❤️

Split, Hanumanasana (Half Split Pose) 🐒✨
Sanskrit: Ardha Hanumanasana
The quiet sibling of the full front split — less dramatic, but deeply honest.
In this variation, one leg extends forward while the back knee rests on the earth. The hips draw back, the spine lengthens, and the body begins to listen.
This pose asks for patience more than flexibility.
Energetic quality
This pose lives between effort and surrender.
You’re not “there” yet — and that is the practice.
Like Hanuman’s leap, devotion — not ego — carries you forward.
And one day, the full split unfolds naturally.
What it works • Deep stretch for hamstrings and calves
• Opens hips and lower back
• Prepares the body for full Hanumanasana
• Cultivates humility, grounding, and inner focus

Contemporary Lesson 3
🕖 7:15 pm
📍 Pnoe Yoga Studio
Trust
How much do we trust ourselves?
Our bodies?
The others sharing the space?
Is trust a thinking process — or is it somatic?
Do we know our limits, or do we discover them through movement?
In this class, we explore trust as an embodied experience.
Through weight-sharing, deep listening, touch, falling and catching, impulse and response, we cultivate awareness, responsibility, and presence.
Trust is not given.
It is built — breath by breath, body to body.
Let’s explore — alone and together.
Always searching for the light — within us, within each other.
Our light grows, becoming bigger, brighter.
Sometimes it arrives as a surprise —
unexpected,
in the most unexpected spaces and places.

Yoga for Runners 🏃‍♀️🧘‍♂️
Run strong. Recover deeper.
A yoga practice designed to support your running body—stretching tight hips, hamstrings, calves, and ankles, while building strength and stability where you need it most.
Through mindful movement and breath, yoga helps improve mobility, balance, and posture, reducing the risk of injury and overuse.
This is your space to slow down, reset your nervous system, and give your body what running alone can’t.
Because longevity matters more than speed.

Yoga is a spiritual practice.
It guides you back to yourself, while gently revealing your connection with those around you.
Yoga means union—and in that union, the idea of “others” slowly dissolves, as everything becomes one.
You are part of the universal consciousness.
As you begin to realize this, everything around you starts to shift, to change.
Hatha yoga uses the body as a vehicle to experience this union ❤️
Join us.
Next hatha yoga class today at 6:30 pm, Pnoe Yoga Studio.

05/02/2026

Equilibrium is not stillness.
It’s the quiet dance between falling and finding your ground again.
Easy practice for every day ❤️
One minute is better than no practice
Repeat daily — balance learns you, not the other way around.
