Το Κλινικό /Θεραπευτικό Πιλάτες ή Γιόγκα διδάσκεται από επαγγελματίες υγείας (πχ Οστεοπαθητικούς , φυσικοθεραπευτές) που έχουν εκπαιδευτεί πάνω σε αυτές τις μεθόδους.
Οι ασκήσεις πρέπει να δίνονται και να γίνονται με ιδιαίτερη προσοχή και πάντα με γνώμονα το πρόβλημα υγείας που έχει ο ασκούμενος.
Ένας επαγγελματίας υγείας και συνάμα εκπαιδευτής των πιο πάνω μεθόδων, γνωρίζει πολύ καλά όχι μόνο την ανατομία, την βιομηχανική και την παθοφυσιολογία του σώματος αλλά μπορεί να αξιολογήσει σωστά τις ανάγκες του κάθε ασκούμενου ξεχωριστά. Με αυτό τον τρόπο μπορεί να προσαρμόσει τις ασκήσεις ανάλογα με την περίπτωση για να επιτευχθεί ο στόχος με ασφάλεια.
Οι μέθοδοι αυτοί μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθούν για πρόληψη, για συμπλήρωση η για συντήρηση μιας θεραπείας.

The osteopathic profession in Europe scores another big win! ✅🥰

Yesterday the Italian Council of Ministers, Il Consiglio dei Ministri, recognised osteopathy as a healthcare profession! We would like to congratulate Paola Sciomachen, President, and all her colleagues in - The Italian Register of Osteopaths (ROI), for all the hard work that you have done in the name of our profession. It is not only a recognition of our profession in Italy, but a further recognition of our profession globally. We are looking forward to thank you all, and to celebrate this milestone with you in the EFFO Autumn Conference and General Meeting 2021 in Oslo.
