Asanas are also a way to have direct contact with the elements that surround us, create relations with the body and space and consciously experience our habitats through sensory stimulation.
While your body is engaged in a particular shape, your gaze is engaged with drishti, your breathe is engaged with ujjayi, your proprioception is engaged through awareness of your body.

A note to self and who ever needs it:

Practice has different forms and asana practice isn't the only form of yoga practice. At times if you find it difficult ti get on your mat or that you feel disconnected from the physical aspects of yoga you can still inconcorporate other aspects. Allow yoyrslef to find your own way. This is your own journey it doesn't have to look like anyone elses practice. Find compassion for your spirit 🌟

This is an invitation for a little healing, cleansing and recalibrating session on 31st august at 20:30 Karaoglanoglu halk plaji.
Limited space Please reserve your spot before the event via DM ✨
In order to fully embrace the moon light you may consider wearing white or light coloured clothes or shimmery fabrics, or bring with you an element that has the quality of moonlight.
Here are some things you can bring as contribution to the circle;
* Swimming suit, towel, extra clothes - the water is great at night and it will be the full moon!
* Pen and paper - if you want to write down the things you want to manifest in your life or to get rid of
* Palo Santo, sage, olive branches - any cleansing herbs (if you have)
* Cushions or covers for the ground
* Flowers, leaves, semi-precious stones, crystals etc. - anything you wanna charge with moon light

And of course your beautiful selves!
