Hair loss in women is incredibly common — and in most cases, it’s temporary and treatable. 💫
Stress, low iron, thyroid imbalance, recent illness, or hormonal changes can all trigger increased shedding. The key is to find the cause early rather than panic-Google or self-medicate.
🚫 Be especially cautious with “hair & nail” supplements — many are not regulated by the EMA, contain unproven ingredients, and can even interfere with blood tests.
If you’ve noticed hair thinning or shedding that lasts more than a few months, book a review. Your GP can investigate and guide you safely. 🌿
