- Kardiowarrior(aerobic kickbox) Diploma obtained in South Africa through Bodyline Fitness Academy .

- 200Hrs TTC with renowned Yoga Teacher Surinder Singh at Swasti Yogashala in Rishikesh , India

- Unnata®Aerial Yoga training with Tanya Popovich in Thessa

Traditional Hatha yoga classes- for all levels and ages

Unnata®Aerial Yoga- New classes...yoga asanas practiced on a silky hammock combined with traditional yoga on the floor. YogaFuzion classes- Yoga ,stretching and light weights program.

-Classes are for all ages and all levels . At YogaFuzion there are maximum of 7 students per class. This allows Katia to give everybody attention they require to exercise safely and correctly.

Looking for anyone looking for a ready to move in space, this is an opportunity!!!
Equiped with 12 Aerial yoga hammocks , 9 bungee fitness kits , can fit around 16 to 18 yoga mats comfortably.
But if not needed I will sell.
One WC, change room. Lots of parking located around the studio.
