No prior experience or knowledge required.
By the end of this 4-week course , you will have

* Learned how to stretch safely and effectively—without burning out, forcing your body, or risking injuries.
* Processed emotions and stress held in the body through movement, breath, and presence.
* Discovered where your real limits are—and work through them with compassion, strength, self love and intention.
* Unlock tightness in your hips and legs through contortion based exercises.
* Deepen your back and spine flexibility using correct conditioning and strengthening.
