Let go of what doesn't do you good, whether they are thoughts, emotions, memories! Understand yourself, what you need to be happy and work towards it everyday!

This year has been a great challenge for me and my family in many different ways. It's broken us and rebuilt us several times. The moments you feel your about to lose yourself, break down...that invisible hand that appears and pulls you up! Faith,God...only a miracle can be holding you together cause you know you don't have the fight in you anymore! Several times I surrendered it to God last year...life became too much! IT'S OK MAMAS TO FEEL BROKEN, OVERWHELMED AND BURNT OUT...
ASK FOR HELP, TRUST AND BELIEVE... HELP IS ON THE WAY...

My wish for 2025 is to feel loved, have a peaceful heart, a peaceful mind and good health! May your hearts and lives be filled with whatever you need too!

19 years ago today we were given a million and 1 reasons to hate our lives! Loosing you both that day was just the beginning of what we couldn't of even imagined would have followed. We lost both our parents with you that day and a huge part of ourselves. They tried to learn to live without you and mum still does but it broke our heart and still does seeing what loosing a child can do to a parent.
Grief is such a strange,awkward,angry, fearful procedure that we all have to go through eventually. It's been hard, having to learn to live without you, having to learn to be happy without you, creating a whole new life without you!! Someone once told me..."you make everything look easy" and I remember thinking..."you have no idea" but of course I just smiled. Sis, I still miss you and George and I wonder too Gina Stavrou ... What if...for so many countless moments. You guys are still loved and missed by so many people and you always will be! I hated loosing you that day so much and I think that the only thing that kept me sane was feeling grateful for all the years we got to spend together ❤️

To all women out there...Congratulations for being you!
For showing up and for stepping into multiple roles daily! Being a mother, a daughter, a wife, a sister ...sometimes all at once and sometimes just being you is hard. I know!!

Honour yourself and know you are worthy even when others fail to see it💫 Celebrate yourself not just today but everyday! Look in the mirror and love what you see because when you can love what you see that is when you can truely support yourself and bring along change!

Get out of your head and really let yourself feel from the heart! Everything is so beautiful from there❣️
Take a moment to step off the rollercoaster in your head ...breathe.. and feel...appreciate that feeling and stay with it for a while...let go of control, it is exhausting to constantly have to control. Free yourself, even if it is just for a small while. Don't miss the magic around you for too long because then you forget it is there💫
