At the core of true wellbeing, you’ll find simplicity.
And vice versa.
These two can’t really exist without one another, always vibing, always feeding each other.

Wellbeing is a lifestyle.
A lifestyle of decluttering.
Removing.
Emptying.
Of letting go.

A lifestyle of daring to be defined by as little as possible.

And maybe peace was never lost.
Just buried under too much of no real importance. 🌸

Let me introduce you to the agent through which I deliver my art:

Organic, food-grade sunflower seed oil!

Why? Because it’s full of skin-loving nutrients like vitamin E, omega 6 fatty acids, and antioxidants.
It’s lightweight, has a zero score on the comedogenic scale, which means it penetrates deeply without clogging your pores, helping me maintain a perfect, grip during your massage sessions.

You don’t need to shower it off after your treatment as you won’t experience that sticky feeling some oils leave behind.
Instead, your skin will feel velvety soft, nourished, and smooth from within.

For me, the oil I use is just as important as every other element in my space and it deserves to be more than just a friction agent.

It’s a medium of nourishment, warmth and care.

Dear friends and customers,

I’ve been taking time to recharge and reconnect in a beautiful Hungarian village, doing what I love: sharing and receiving the gift of touch with people who see it as sacred as I do.

Six days of presence, discovery, playfulness, and a deep sense of humility toward the life force that flows within us and all around us.

Moments like these remind me how blessed I am to love my work so deeply, a love that only grows richer with time, 20 years and counting.

I look forward to bringing elements of this expansion in your sessions.

Peace 🤍

Take off the mask.
Moan, scream, laugh, and shake it out raw.

It’s your most primitive self, being witnessed as it’s distilled into sweat and tears.
Pure alchemy.

Rhea's Journey 🌿
A ritual made of earth and water, reawakening her body’s sacred flow.
-Soon to be revealed-

A signature treatment crafted exclusively for women, weaving together:
✨ Gentle breathwork
✨ Abdominal massage
✨ Dry skin brushing
✨ Face & body lymphatic drainage
✨ Scalp massage

An elemental journey designed to restore softness, release stagnation, and bring you home to your natural rhythm.

Rhea is the Titaness of the Earth and flow of life, often called “the Great Mother.”
She is the daughter of Gaia (Earth) and Uranus (Sky), and the mother of the Olympian gods Zeus, Poseidon, Hera, Demeter, Hades, and Hestia.

Rhea embodies the sacred feminine in its purest form nurturing, grounding, and endlessly flowing.
She represents the quiet power of creation, the soft strength of renewal, and the wisdom of rhythm the way nature knows when to rest, release, and rise again.

Rhea’s magic is gentle and cyclical.
She restores balance, bringing calm where there’s chaos, and flow where there’s stagnation.

I’ve been reflecting a lot lately on how social media content is heavy on grabbing our attention by triggering the survival brain.
A loud or unexpected entry, a shocking claim, or a question that makes us doubt ourselves and feel we are lacking something, all to keep us hijacked in this consumption-driven society.

In contrast, my true intention behind my work is different: to inspire you, to offer a ground to land on, and to create a safe space for reflection.
I believe in sovereignty and in true authorship of your inner world.
Therefore my presence is an offering, not a trap.
You are free to embrace it or dismiss it. Just as I am free to share it without needing to capture you.

Peace my friends 🌿
Always centered, clear, sober.

Let’s talk about the elephant in the room: our schooling system, later the corporate system and it's correlation to addiction.

The way these systems are designed, they disconnect us from our own body or more accurately, from our sense of comfort and pleasure.

This is especially true for the hyperactive, the non-intellectually dominant, and those of an artistic nature.

Caroline Myss, in her book Energy Body, offers one of the most accurate explanations of addiction and how it is engineered into our systems.
She writes:

“Denying pleasure is to deny our own vital force. Pleasure is a vital ingredient in creativity, mental health, and physical well-being.
We perceive the world through our senses and feelings.
When pleasure is denied, we live only a fraction of our human experience instead of the full spectrum.
And when primary healthy pleasures are denied, secondary pleasures take over: drinking, smoking, overeating…
Healthy pleasure gives true satisfaction.
Secondary pleasure only creates craving, making us prone to addiction."

So the question is:
What primary healthy pleasures have you been denied (if any) and what small steps can you take today to invite them back into your life?

This shot was taken in summer 2023 through the lenses of the amazing .

At the end of that year, I stepped away from both practicing and teaching yoga. My body announced a termination notice and I couldn’t avoid it.
For 10 years, asana practice had been my safe place, my “charging” spot, my ground, my mirror.
Yet, suddenly, I felt huge resistance to asana and any form of exercise.

It felt almost hypocritical to recommend movement to customers who needed it, while I couldn’t bring myself to do it.
Still, I chose to honor that pause because deep inside I knew that when a strong wave comes, the best thing to do is to ride it. And so I did.

That wave lasted exactly two years.
A full circle where I had to find other ways to restore my nervous system.
Two years of opportunities to look beyond the feel-good hormones and the euphoria is being produced by almost any workout.
I needed to see the raw me, stripped of techniques and tools.

I know this may sound controversial coming from someone in the wellness field.
But what is wellness, if not listening to our deepest truth and honoring it?

Now, I’m taking my first steps back into asana. It feels like a rebirth.
A part of me that I identified with for so long had to die, so another part could be born.

It feels good. Raw. Unapologetic. Simple. Basic. Very basic ))

I’m back to the beginning enjoying the simplicity and beauty of it.

Peace 🌿

My story

My journey into "wellness" began 10 years ago, after i graduated as a physiotherapy assistant from the vocational school in Greece. Since then i worked as a spa therapist in some of the most established and well known spas in Greece and Cyprus, providing superior bodywork services to various clients from around the world. Some years later my love for Thai massage lead me in Thailand at "TMC-Thai massage school of Chiang Mai" to follow a 300 hour intensive course and to become a licensed Thai massage teacher, approved by Thailand's ministry of education and recognised in many countries. I have been practicing yoga the last 5 years and through yoga my whole life's perspective changed while my fitness and body awareness shifted tremendously. Yoga is a journey,is a way of living. Is an experience that can be felt through any action, done by a full awareness. We all have those moments in our lives, whether we know it or not. Moments of connection,of clarity and of deeper understanding of ourselves and our reality. During yoga-classes we explore more this state in depth through movement, breathing or simply surrendering. My training as a yoga instructor came through the Yogaworks school which combines the traditional 8 limb path of yoga(Ashtanga yoga) with a lot of alignment emphasis(Iyengar yoga) by respecting each individual's state allowing moderations and adaptations to any phase of the practice(Viniyoga). I am possessed by a lifelong passion for self discovering and holistic healing for as long as i remember my self and the idea of supporting people to live up to their full potential has become my vision.
