Yoga with Nafsika HATHA YOGA CLASSES IN PAPHOS My name is Nafsika Cunningham and one of my greatest joys in life is to share the adventure of yoga.

I qualified as a yoga instructor at the Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation in Bangalore, India, in 2002. My own yoga journey, however, began long before, in my early teens, after attending my first class- I was hooked! Although the intensity of my practice has fluctuated over the years, yoga has been the one thing I could rely on, always present, quiet and guiding. It is this sense of an inner 'comfort zone' and connection that I hope to evoke in others.
