This year the Verity Care hub was so proud of supporting 2 community projects from knitting gloves,
hats,scarfs,for those who are homelessness and Cancer patients.
In addition the knitted group have also made a wide variety of premature baby items from bonding squares, cannula covers,
Premiture cardigans, premature hats,which were donated to the Nicosia premature baby unit. We have a wonderful group of ladies in Ruth, Kath, Chris, carol,who have given up their time and also those who donated wool.
Next year we will be starting new projects and we just cannot wait to be in our new meeting place.
The verity care hub team wouldn't like to thank you for all the help and support over the last year and look forward to a happy Christmas and a peaceful new year ###x

Please note that Verity care is still in full operation for any mobility and childcare equipment you may require until December 22nd.
However to collect or return equipment is by telephone appointment only. Should you require any item please call Phil or kath on 99744936
and we will be happy to help you.
After January 4th Verity care will be relocating however we will be continuing to provide the same hire service by telephone arrangement this will not affect the service we have previously provided.
May we take this opportunity to thank all our customers who have used the service over the past year and we wish you all a very merry Christmas and a peaceful new year.

Please note Verity Care hub will re open with our regular hours on Monday 9th September.
The Tuesday knitting group will recommence on Tuesday 11th at 10am.
We remain committed to the support of our community so please contact Kath should you require equipment hire for mobility items.

Please note Verity Care hub will close from 1pm on Tuesday 23rd July until Saturday August 3rd for our holiday.
However after the 3rd we will still be operating a skeleton service over the summer.
If any customers who currently have items out on loan and wish to return them please contact me via phone and leave a voicemail or text message and upon our return we will arrange to collect them from you.

Kath and Phil would like to thank all our customers over the past 12 months for your support and we hope to see customers old and new in the near future when we will be planning our winter activities and of course be here should you need to hire any equipment

Sadly the majority of people will have come into contact with someone they know that is or has been affected by dementia. We at Verity Care believe that everyone deserves the best quality of life we can provide by, supporting family members providing equipment to make life a little easier and by including members of our community who need help at this difficult time. May, is the support dementia month so please if you can take time out of your busy life to read about how each one of us can help those living with any form of dementia it will not only enhance your own knowledge but may help you to help others
